When people get happy, sad or angry people do different things. I think music is good if you’re dealing with something because it can get you over something. Music can help you get happy or some songs can make you sad. One thing music does really well it helps people relive their stress a little and it also reduces anxiety. Music also helps people get things off their minds or music can help people get inspired to do something. For a lot of people music helps them stay focused on what they are doing. Science has proven that listening to certain types of music can reduce the effects of depression. There are many ways music can help people with medical issues or  inspire someone to do something. Music has had a huge role in our society for good reason.
