A headache isn’t necessarily your brain feeling physical pain .  A headache can be a sign of stress, or it can be from a medical disorder, like a  migraine  or high blood pressure , anxiety , or depression . Some ways to get rid of headaches are closing your eyes and resting for a little bit , massaging your neck to relief some tension , or simply relaxing . Try minimizing your stress because that may be the reason you have a headache . Turning to medication can also be an option , but it takes time for the medication to work it magic .
